We cannot behold anything
Until we behold everything.
We are less than nothing
And yet we are something
To Him who held the sea
In the hallow of one hand,
And weighed the mountains
With a scale in the other,
Who pitched the heavens
Like a tent with fine stakes,
Who made all that we see
From nothing but nothing.
Everything begins with God,¹
He was and is and will ever
be,
He is everything we will
ever need.
Isaiah 40:12-17
