Shouldered was the lamb

The bread and the cup.
From the cross to tomb,
Shouldered was The Lamb

Before Sabbath's sundown,
Because no one else would
or could...
The body and the blood.
Down from the heavens,
Shouldered still is all
sin that was slain,
Forgiveness, once, for all,
