Our Father

His words wrought
     the universe,
His hands fashioned
     the earth,
His breath bestowed
     life in our bodies,
And to more than
     something

...His Word graciously
     calls us home.

With great fear
     we tremble
          at His unmatched
               holiness,
In great awe
     we tremble¹
          at His unmatched
               love,
And with unmatched
     gratefulness,
          with great trembling,
We more than accept,
We embrace
     with all our might
          His every precious
