With the tomahawk already
at the root of the
earth's trees,
And the people of the Village
of Peace,
people from all over
the Land of Promise,
Coming in all honesty to
the River
Flowing Down, wanting
to purify and
heal their
bad hearts and broken ways,
At thirty winters old, Sets
Free
came to the water's
edge with the
fire of the Breath
of Creator, Great Spirit,
To bring peace to the people,
to honor and glory
to The Good Road,
where His spirit
still stands, ready to walk
in your moccasins
with you.
