Why do you still believe
those
who say they will heal your hurt,
but do so only slightly, to keep you
hanging on?
Why do you still listen to
those
who say there is peace, peace,
when nowhere is there a sign of it;
what is it you see?
Ask for the old paths I made,
in them stand, walk, run, then fly,
for they alone are the good way,
and rest you will find.
