In the end,
what has always been true
since the very beginning, is
the only thing worthwhile 
in our few days,
the best to which we can aspire, is
to pray:
that Your Will be done,
and that we may more than accept
what You bring or allow to come,
that we embrace whatever, is
and without further sigh
stop asking why.
