Breakfast on the Beach

After long nights at sea
With empty nets in tow,
There's always a fire of coals
With fish laid upon it
And bread too,
Where Jesus waits
With open arms
Breakfast on the beach.

Come and eat
He calls,
There's so much more
Than the rising of the sun,
There's so much more
Than plenty of fish to eat
There's so much more
Than seeing is believing.

Love Him,
Feed His lambs.
Love Him,
Tend His sheep.
Love Him,
Feed His sheep.
The shore's oh so close.

Each day's a new casting
And He's always just within reach
He's always waiting on the beach.
